Project Overview
Pro Safety Management (PSM) was engaged by ComTelecom to provide comprehensive health and safety (H&S) support through a Fast Response Plan (FRP). The project aimed to enhance the relationship with Openreach, build a trusted H&S culture, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. As part of this initiative, PSM provided an interim Health and Safety Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of H&S practices.
